The quiz is held online and will be open on

Time: From 9.00 am to 3.00 pm ONLY!

The quiz will not be accepting any submission BEFORE and AFTER the time range given!!

All answers can be found in the 12th UCHS Official Blogspot, Official Facebook Page, and also will be mentioned throughout the colloquium event..

So be sure to pay your full attention in the event and you may become our winners!!

1. The quiz is OPEN to ALL participants, lecturers, and anyone who have registered to join the 12th UCHS event
2. PLEASE fill in all the details required in the Google Form provided
3. FIVE lucky winners with the HIGHEST MARKS and the QUICKEST SUBMISSION will WIN special prizes
4. Prizes won will be posted to your postage address, so PLEASE provide us with your CORRECT postage address
5. The decision on winners are FINAL and any inquiry regarding this matter will NOT be entertained
6. The prizes are final and CANNOT be exchanged for cash or with other prizes
